Cold bowl smoothie recipe

Have you ever tried cold bowl in a smoothie? No?

Well, cold bowl is perfect in your smoothie. It provides both sweetness and acidity and gives the smoothie a lovely creamy consistency. In your cold bowl smoothie, you must, among other things, fill it with fresh strawberries and other fresh fruit - you can try a lot of different things with your cold bowl smoothie and get all the beautiful colors of the rainbow in the smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh, cleaned strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 4 dl cold bowl
  • 6 ice cubes

You can replace strawberries with raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi and melon.

Instructions

  1. Put the strawberries in a blender jar and blend them into a smooth strawberry puree.
  2. Divide half of the strawberry puree into 2 tall glasses.
  3. Put the banana, cold bowl and ice cubes in the blender jar with the rest of the strawberry puree. Blend into a smooth smoothie.
  4. Pour the cold bowl smoothie over the strawberry puree.
  5. Garnish with strawberries on the rim of the glass and serve with a straw.
